Reply To: Dividing Fences. Why Private Vs Common Property?

Thank you for your replies, I appreciate the time you have given me. I should re-frame my question. There are no disputes about anything to do with fences. What I am asking is, who decides whether a fence between two owners within a strata building is a thick line or a thin line? Someone must make a decision that this dividing wall is thick (common property) or thin (privately owned by the two neighbours).
