I also have a similar issue here (VIC). The balcony is on the ground floor with one side attached to the building and one side used to be elevated however now has dropped to the ground, hence the balcony is now tilted. As the balcony is attached to the building it’s obviously a structural issue. The body corporate has been saying it’s on title so it’s on the lot owner to fix it. That doesn’t sound right. Any advice would be appreciated.
