The masseuse clearly needs a waiting room. The police are being bamboozled by technically poor guideline matters very difficult to deal with on the fly in a highly charged emotional situation. refer: – https://www.abc.net.au/news/ 2021-08-31/sydney-news-group- fined-for-breaching-covid- isolation/100419824.
It is absurd for clients to wait in a shared hallway.
The masseuse also needs to have actioned this link procedure – https://www.nsw.gov.au/ covid-19/covid-safe/beauty- and-other-services – not that I know anything I am just trying to make sense out of “Gladys’s & co” on the fly rules.
The police shouldn’t be deciding on these matters; it is the job of a local magistrate or community legal aid – if anyone could actually talk to them nowadays.
PS thanks for raising these topics it is helpful to see what’s going on – out there
