Good afternoon, I am interested in your post, and in particular your reference to the two unreported cases : A couple of unreported cases which i can supply a copy of are:
Jones v OC SP36965 and
Ross v OC SP 8557
I am having trouble getting adequate responses to records I have requested, and am looking for any legal references I can find that may assist.
