What do they dispute?

Given that the point of things like Airbnb is easy access to data  showing all of what is available, in what ever location?

My understanding is that at least in n NSW there is a formal register do we have figures?

Purely personal, we travel a lot in regional and remote parts, many of the Airbnb places we have stayed at were grany flats  or are very unlikely as homes for other reasons. Am really curious about data on this
