Good point Sir Humphrey re the loading dock. They are, in fact, one and the same.

However, this guy, who works in the building, has been parking there for years now. He had to walk up the stairs to get to the “loading dock”. If he were concerned about falling down the stairs, he should have parked in his allocated space and used the lift!
