    Can a Strata Manager actually call a General Meeting? Particularly after the Strata Committee had already approved the go ahead for the flooring to be done.

    We have a Bylaw re appropriate sound proofing and evidence from the lot owner demonstrating that they have appropriate sound proofing.

    Is our Strata Manager overreaching their duties?
