Your By-laws don’t say anything about wall window aircon? I just put one in an investment property. My tenants think it is wonderful! I don’t think they are unfashionable (just asking), so why not place one in an unobtrusive window? Perhaps then, your strata will back down on their attitude toward you installing a split system?
