    I had a lot of problems with this post.

    1.  It was just tagged on to another thread that had nothing to do with it (that I can see).
    2.  It came in as a TABLE or spreadsheet and I wasted lot of time deconstructing it.
    3. I have no idea what the question is.

    Please try again – this time without copying and pasting a table.
