The main issue is we want to split system allowed only as oppose to ducted air con. I guess the info we want covered includes:

*outdoor component should be on floor of balcony not wall

 *indoor component should be on wall that is not common

*no piping done through common pipes

*all responsibility to be taken by lot owner for repairs and maintenance

*details of horsepower, brand and company installing to be provided

*floorplan which shows where it will be installed (both inside and outside) to be provided.

Does anything else need to be added?? Can we include installation of down lights as well on the same by law??
