    Got given quite the surprise on the weekend. Our most vocal EC member (has been on the 3-member EC as long as I’ve lived in the block) has put her flat on the market. The auction date is, funnily enough, 3 days before the EGM. I guess that at least partly explains the delays to repairs. (Perhaps I am being cynical but I doubt it…)
