    Thanks for your responses, much appreciated,  yes the other 2 are valid members as they are separate Lot owners. 

     

    I have now resigned as the chair but remain on the committee and  already there are pressing things to be done around the place and they are just hanging in limbo , but others can  do the work now.  .
