    Just to clarify the above post…

    I am trying to find previous cases relating to the following ie. passed by-laws which do not comply with the legislation :

    Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 ( Sections 139 & 150 )

    which equate to :

    Strata Schemes Management Act 1996 ( Section 49 & 153 )
