I have just spoken to the body corp real-estate office again to say Kellys are still parking there. I was told its because they are in and out all the time and that’s why they park there. In over words I’m the problem. I emailed her photos and she is going to write to them again. I was told it’s only the Owners Corp that can take them to the tribunal.

I pay for a 1 bedroom unit 1,100.00 in levies. Is this the right response from the managing agent. ?
