Our Strata Fees are too high and going up.
What can we do about this? There are three other owners all investers ,two of them always vote against us and the other on never comes to the AGM. We own 36% shares why can’t we have a say?
We are going to have to sell our home because we can’t afford to stay here. The Real Estate Agents say our Strata Fees are already too high, this will make it difficult to sell.
The AGM is on 30th Sept.
Can you please help us, it is creating a great deal of stress for us.
