    Thanks for your reply. Two apartments just got fixed and our last intallment for those is due Nov as per the agreement at our AGM last week so this would be a new levy as the job just finished cost double the expected price.  I am on the committee  and they are a good bunch albeit cash strapped now like everyone elae so i am probably being a bit softer by letting the committee stew on it rather than just emailing the strata manager and saying it has to be fixed. If it was anyone elses garage it would have to be ASAP as they have cars and I dont.
