We have already had a round table meeting together with the law firm and the strata firm, but unfortunately nothing has come of it. The strata firm claims that because we continued to talk to the lawyers after ‘stage 1’ it is our responsibility. From our point of view though, we neither signed up for anything beyond ‘stage 1’, nor were we ever told by the lawyers that we had moved beyond ‘stage 1’.

You mentioned Fair Trading, NCAT and Strata Ombudsman. Sorry for our lack of legal-savvy, but which would we approach first? Or, are these channels that we would approach concurrently?
