Re: Strata manager being too bossy?

FlatChatFan asks what something I thought was being done that was wrong in my first post in this thread. I could have told many, many wrong things done and right things not done.

I’ll start with the chairman paving and planting bushes on the common property garden outside his own ground floor unit while the rest of the garden is a mess. One wrong thing done and one right thing not done. As I say there are many others.
