    You either ask your strata manager (and pay a fee of about $30) or your secretary.  Don’t listen to rubbish arguments about privacy.  As an owner you are entitled to see any documents relating to the strata scheme (although you may not be allowed to view email addresses as they are not part of the strata roll).
