    The Acting Secretary of my Strata told me that the tiles on the shower floor belong to the Owners but the walls are the owner responsibility.

    I have “drummy” tiles on the bathroom and kitchen floor, cracked tiles and breaks in the grout of the tiles on the floor of the shower recess and breaks in the grout around the tiles on the wall of the shower recess.

    I am still waiting for the Executive Committee to meet and decide what will happen about the list of repairs needed that showed up in my pre-purchase Building Inspection.

    I also have a possible leaking pipe between the shower and laundry wall so after replacing the shower head, will test again for moisture.  That is on my list to be discussed with the EC.
