Hi! Im an owner of a 1bedroom apartment in NSW with secure undercover parking, medium density, total 30 units. None of car spaces are caged. There is storage area provision for the units on the lower levels, adjacent to their spaces, on the lower level, but nothing for all the one bedded units on our level.( Car parking on two levels) I have put in a request for a small narrow cage,at the back of my car space, at our next AGM which will be held shortly. Im not confident that it will be approved, for several reasons. PLAN B is.. there is a fairly large un used common property area, semi circular room with door, adjacent to end car space on my car space level. I was wanting to enquire how best to go about approaching the Executive committee or Strata agent to convert this to storage cages for potentially 12 units on my level to purchase these from our strata plan?? Where do I start and what do I have to do to get this option looked at?? Ive spoken to another lot owner and they are interested, as we need all need storage. Can you please advise how to best approach this. thanks.
Hi! Ive just had notice of AGM on Thurs 17th March 016.
It would be truly appreciated if I could get something/info to present to Strata Manager and EC on this matter BEFORE the AGM.
