Following the closure of the AGM, the new Strata Committee and the Strata Manager met. They decided that they wanted to change the resolution that had been passed at the AGM relating to the relation between the Strata Committee and the Strata Manager. The Strata Manager prepared the minutes of the AGM and inserted amendments, to motions as if proposed by members of the Strata Committee, although they had not, in fact, been presented at the AGM. The minutes are thus inaccurate. What recourse does the Owners Corporation have to these incorrect minutes which affect the way the Strata Manager is to work for the next 12 months?
Many thanks for any advice.
