We recently held our annual AGM.
Unfortunately on entering the meeting, I was advised by the Strata Manager that I could not vote as I was not financial.
I accepted this directive however, I noted there were 3 other people unfinancial on that list. They WERE allowed to vote.
What are your thoughts on this? What is the legal position?
Can I take steps to now have those votes anulled as those 3 votes meant a new Executive Committee was voted in

You have 28 days to challenge the votes at the meeting provided they made a difference to the outcome. Call Fair Trading ASAP
