Hi all,
I’ve recently had problems with my telephone line. My phone provider has done a line-test and they have said my line in my “premises” is failing but if from exchange “upt” o the A side of MDF it’s all clear(whatever that means). But the point is they said the boundaries are your strata is responsible to fix this fault not the phone service provider. They have provided a report for me to send the strata. I hope the OC and the strata spend the money on a cable technician not muck me around and say it’s my phone providers responsibility to fix it.
