changing a closet into an ensuite

Hi,

I've seen other units in other buildings do this (I've been unit hunting).. it is very obvious the 2nd bathroom was a storage space from the way the fittings are laid out. In the place i saw it was on the top level and had a window facing out into the street, so there was direct ventilation.

Now seeing that owner was able to cram a shower,loo and basin into a small area, I was thinking what are the chances of me being able to convert a 1.5 x 1.5m closet that backs onto the lift, and one wall is the common wall? I'd be adding an exhaust duct to suuck out the moisture, and will apply to alter the exisiting glass door to let the vent out.

If there is no chance, then I can stop surfing the pub website and add a bathroom website with premade bathrooms.
