The neighbouring building is being renovated and built on. During this process, strata has deemed it OK for the construction company to place a crane in our car park.
This has now occured without written notification and has blocked off all traffic to and from the carpark as well as the street.
My two questions are what are the best course of action to a) have the crane removed so that access to parking is possible and b) who do i log a complaint with re: the strata manager for allowing it to occur without notification.
I am also extremely concerned about the possibility of damage to tennants vehicles during this construction phase.
Thanks for all comments.
