Hi everyone! We live in a large development in Wentworth Point, finished less than 2 years ago and there are a significant number of major defects that have been waiting to be fixed for at least 12mths now. Developer keeps promising but nothing is happening. It ranges from things as small as insufficient lighting to items as large as open shafts that someone could get seriously hurt by. We really want to contact the building commissioner directly as the developer is due to build another two towers on the same site and we are genuinely concerned about the quality of the build. Does anyone know how to contact his office directly or do we need to go through Fair Trading??
