I emailed to the Strata Manager a Motion for inclusion in the forthcoming AGM before the closing date. The auto email response said it was received.
I included some initial Explanatory Note reasons but clearly asked a query as to what was the last date I can send in the final Explanatory Note further supporting my Motion.
That was 3 weeks ago and I have since called the office, emailed further inquiring of this, and emailed for the Owner to please call me. Nothing to date has been responded to.
Where do you think I stand on this and what is the duty here of the Manager?
