Hi, the Qld Act requires property to be maintained in ‘good condition (and kept structurally sound)’. Appreciating that there will be personal variations on just how good that is, (or how clean etc) I’d like to learn just what this level should be. I say ‘good condition’ should be clarified as ‘about 70% of new’. I can’t find other definitions so would be interested if someone could direct me to a firm legal definition or tell me how they define it. Cheers, C.
