        Our apartment in WA is a mixed use development comprising of permanent residents as well as a hotel operator which lets out serviced apartments. Our building is not segregated between hotel guests and permanent residents. We share the same lobby, lifts, and hallways. Residents in the building have become extremely concerned and confused as to how the hotel operator is still able to allow guests who could fall under the “At Risk” category. Why should we put at risk?
