Insurance discounts for smoke-free apartment blocks?

      Does anyone know of any Australian insurance companies that offer discounts to owners of strata properties that have implemented a smoke-free policy applying to their property/properties? I've done a Google search to no avail. Any advice appreciated.

        I am not aware of any reduction in insurance for non smoking . These by-laws are relatively new and still rare . They are much more common in North America. I suggest you ask your broker if a by law will help reduce your premium . Let us know how you get on.
