I'm looking at buying an apartment and have seen one in a building which is a strata scheme in a Community Association. It also contains two neighbourhood schemes, one of which, is a group of townhouses built around a central swimming pool. Who do I pay levies to? The owners corporation of the strata scheme or the Community Association? Do I also have to pay for the upkeep of the pool, even if I don't use it?
Thanks
