Some years back the common-area tiler at the time broke the in-situ garden watering reticulation system which has not yet been fixed (nor will he be pursued) and the gardens now all look terrible. Now the committee has recently sought an owner to seek the paid job of hand watering the gardens. I’m not sure that if this cost has not been budgeted for as an item on the approved AGM forward administration account that owner’s money can be used this way, especially as they are making no effort to fix the original issue? Can anyone comment on this please? The gardener once used to do this but for whatever reason he is no longer called on to do this. I’m in Qld.
