      The secretary of the Executive Committee:

      – will not respond to our questions stating in writing that she does not have the time

      – will not act on requests for maintenance including OHS issues

      – does not file letters from the EC to residents in the OC Correspondence File (Recent purchasers would not be aware of the EC’s actions)

      – discriminates between residents when implementing Common Property By Laws

      – does not provide owners with the Legal Advice that the EC has sought (and the OC has paid for) when attempting to change By Laws (EC’s motion defeated)

      – does not show all costs in CTTT disputes that the EC has lost ie expenses that the EC has paid to members of the EC.

      What action should I take? (The Strata Manager says he can only act on the directions of the EC. )
