Queensland – our comittee wants to pay someone $21,450 p.a. just to organise maintenance

…the chairperson of the committee and the committee themselves came up with the idea that she should be paid to do the ‘coordination of common property maintenance’ at a figure of $21,450 for her efforts. 

This money is not to actually do any work…
