Hi, In my strata block of 10 units I own 1 while the two members of the executive committee are brothers who own 2 units. They act like they own the place and have organised a run of repairs including stairs, handrails, windows, carpeting and painting which have all been completed poorly. Nothing is dangerous but all aspects will not last long, and they look terrible.
Can I do anything to stop further poorly done repairs? This is our sinking fund they are spending and the unit prices would also surely be decreased by this work.
