Unit owner will not allow access to fix water leak

Usually there is a provision in the Act or the default rules/bylaws that allows the EC to appoint a representative to enter a unit to inspect or undertake necessary maintenance of the common property. Reasonable notice must be given etc. If entry is still not permitted then it would be the unit/lot owner who is in breach of the rules. I would take it up with your EC and/or strata manager.

There is a water leak into my unit from the upstairs apartment but the owner won’t allow access to the strata plumber to fix the problem. What can I do?
