I am totally opposed to allowing pets in rental apartments. It must be left entirely to the owner to decide if their tenant can have a pet or not. .Ido believe the pendulum has swung too far towards tenants rights, the owners must retain some control over their investment. I do agree some control needs to be on rents, though unsure what or how. And all for eventually removing gas stoves for induction..anything that will help stop emissions.
NSW Separate toilet….thank you for this question, I.m unable to get a straight forward reply from SM. In a recent major apartment renovation, floor of separate toilet was waterproofed before toilet installed. Similarly, in another major apartment renovation where toilet included in bathroom, the entire floor was waterproofed. I am on the S C/tee & querying a broken toilet replacement, was advised by SM that it was considered a minor renovation. I question this, & not being a plumber, do not know how a toilet can be replaced without disturbing the waterproofing ! All advice appreciated
Thank you for responses. We need to supply to S.C photo, registration, offenders address plus ,as mentioned, complainant’s ID in case complaint ends up going to NCAT. Next question, does NCAT need to ID of complainant??It is usually the same perpetual parking offenders that cause the problems
What body made the ruling/decision that only C/tee members can access invoice payments etc & why? It is the owners money & in the owners interest to know EXACTLY who is being paid for what. All information re this appreciated
