If responses are a little slow in getting online it may be because I am currently on a ship anchored off a small island near Tahiti.

I am hoping our redoubtable Stratagurus Whale, PeterC and ScotlandX may be able to step in (as usual) to fill any gaps … but only if they get time off from rehearsing with the Flat Chat Christmas Choir.

“Hark the Herald Angels Sing …” (Subject to owners corp by-laws and state environmental protection noise restrictions.)

In case the floating internet gives out before Christmas … have a good one

Now on Hiva Oa island for the quadrannual Marquises Islands arts festival. 40 degree heat and 90 percent humidity. But there is internet!!! Whoo-hoo!

On the way back to Tahiti … The passengers are dividing into little gangs (rather than groups). Bit like boarding school … or a strata scheme, come to think of it. Just a week to go. Have a great Christmas, if i don’t write again before then.

PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum. Please, don’t use “quote” unless there is a specific point to which you wish to refer, then highlight (define) that specific passage before you click on "quote". Otherwise just use reply. THANKS.
