We have an owner who is an ex strata manager. We are planning to use him to manage our plan of 12 properties. Since I am in IT he as asked me – Is anybody aware of any good strata management software that can do:
ledgers
quotes/ work orders
templates to send arrears notice
online owner access to report issues
online executive committee access to set EC agenda, meetings, quote approvals, check arrears, sinking, admin funds, track expenses etc

Before I respond, can I just take the opportunity to point out the nifty little search window at the top of these pages. It quickly and efficiently searches all the Forum posts going back to the Hanging Gardens of Babylon. After 12 years of this stuff, it’s reasonable to assume you aren’t the first person ever to ask a question.
