      Owners corporation voted to install a locked bollard on a BA approved car wash bay.  Residents don’t have the key to use the area, how is this legal and what can be done to have it removed if anything.

        What does “BA approved” mean?

      PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services.
