The two strata lawyers that i would recomned from profesional dealings would be Grace Lawyers ( Colin is a top guy and is well priced) and Alex Ilkin & Co.
Alex is the author of many strata related books including “The Strata Bible” , Alex is pricey but sometimes it worth it to use his wealth of experiance and knoweledge.
