Agents now have to attach the By Laws to a lease of a strata property, so I suggest first going to your Managing Agent who can contact the Strata Manager.
I am an owner but asked for a copy at our recent AGM.
The Strata Manager told us that he had to do it now for new rental leases (of properties where he is a Strata Manager) and so sent each of us a copy of our By Laws with the AGM minutes.
