I don’t think you will get much advice on your issue from this forum,* the best thing you can do to get the answers you need is to look up a local Land Surveyor and make contact, ask if they are experienced at detailing Strata Plans and then go and have a meeting with them as they should be able to firstly advise you of your options and then if you can Strata your property give you a quote to make it happen. The initial advice should be free.
