Don’t feel stupid Jimmy. Twas the season for disappearances of brain cells.
I should give an update on this saga. After an email was sent to the corporate headquarters of my agent they are on the case of the strata managers. The hot water was on and off until the 6th, but the only reason it was on was due to tenants resetting it as they had guests visiting.
I spoke to the principal at my agent today as I am interstate for work and it appears to be maintaining a stable temperature again. I can guess the day I come home it will go out again but my agent has provided contacts if this is the case.
It’s been a good lesson in strata/rental rights and how to shower quickly under cold water.
Thanks for the additional follow up regarding how to tackle community property as well.
