There is nothing in the SSMA 1996 about the alteration/adjustment of minutes after they have been confirmed/approved at a general meeting, so the Act is silent here. I really don’t understand some owners and why they want to adjust minutes of meetings like it will make that much difference to the scheme or their lives.
