Hi… Does anyone know with regards to Over crowding what is considered a “Bedroom”? We have mostly 1 Bedroom with a “sunroom” flats. One owner is renting out to these flats as 2 Bedroom., the Sunroom is 2mt x 2mt as a Bedroom. Generally they are to backpackers and shortish term lets. Thanks for any advise..
