When raising a complaint with fair trading..we can do it as an EC right ? Don’t have to involve the SM ? I don’t want him to charge us fees when it will be us doing the hard work !

The sinking fund was in a TD so that was safe.

3 members of the EC are penny wise and pound foolish so its taken a lot of convincing to have a full building inspection done etc.

instead they want to spend the money on a CCTV camera!
