    As ti my initial query LP states
    (4) There are various ways that committee meetings can be held – by attending in person, or by phone, or by written approval of Motions with no actual attendance required etc. However, all other methods, apart from meeting in person, must be approved by the Committee.

    I assume LP referring to schedule 2;

    10 Manner of voting

    (1) A vote at a meeting by a person entitled to vote must be cast in person unless the strata committee, by resolution, determines that a vote may be cast by some other specified means.

    Does that mean by “resolution” a motion to approve voting by say a form to vote (if no physical meeting is held) is required on the Agenda of the meeting notice?
