      We are a 1980’s Qld-based block seeking to repair our large 1400 sqm upper level, walk around podium level. An EGM is planned for this weekend with a Motion proposing one of 3 repair and tile providers address the leaking, unsightly issue. The Motion wording proposed we vote YES that “… one of the below contractors be engaged to undertake the work, and the associated special levy program be adopted” My query, is that are we then stuck with the chosen provider if the Motion is passed, as the committee believe this will just be the start of pricing negotiations with him and which we may then go with another provider if we can get the same thing competitively cheaper?

    PLEASE ... If your property is not in NSW, mention its location (state). Don't identify companies or individuals by name. Don't mention or promote your company or services. Keep acronyms and initials to a minimum.
